Project: BU HASA integrated field development project for ADNOC at BU HASA, Abu Dhabi, UAE. • Responsible for supply, installation & maintenance of HVAC system including small power, lighting, earthing & lightning protection system.

• Led Installation of MEP systems, maintenance & repair for more than 100 Stores. • Executed installation, preventive & reactive maintenance of various systems e.g. Air conditioning Split types, Fire Alarm, Normal Power, DB/Panels, lighting & Signage's, UPS and Generators. • Executed Civil works including paint works, gypsum works & wood works. • Diagnosed, performed maintenance of systems and responded to service requests within defined time frame. • Handled PR, PO and service entries for invoices in SAP & AX Dynamics in respective heads i.e. CAPEX & OPEX. • Processed and followed up for vendor payments.

• Led installation of MEP systems & maintenance of the two facilities of CITI Bank Lahore. • Executed installation, preventive & reactive maintenance of various systems e.g. Air conditioning VRV units & Split types, HVAC, Fire Alarm, Fire suppression, power, DB/Panels, lighting control system, UPS & Generators. • Maintained physical condition of facilities, applying available resources and personnel to achieve safe, clean and functional environment (Hard & Soft Services). • Communicated with Facility Manager regarding upcoming maintenance, projects and budget issues. • Assisted facility manager in project implementation, materials and procurement. • Pushed contractors and vendors to complete projects within specified timelines. • Ordered, maintained and distributed supplies and inventory. • Reviewed and oversaw construction and renovation projects. • Issued work orders for maintenance by using CITI's own asset & facility management software 'REALM'. • Dealt with landlords as administrative person of CITI bank and vendors for contract management. • Managed new and existing Service level agreements (SLA) with vendors for different systems.
